Support - to fill in forms, understand leaflets, read letters, make phone calls.

Advocacy - to make sure that your voice is "heard". We will work with you to ensure that your opinions are taken into account, you have the information necessary to make informed choices about your life, you have the confidence to represent yourself well in all situations.

Appointments not necessary, but , if you wish to see a particular member of staff it would be advisable to book a time with them in advance.
